We are looking for a Full-time or Part-time Domiciliary Care Worker to join our growing team of Domiciliary carers in Maidstone, Kent.

About the role of Domiciliary Care Worker

This means that each Care Assistant looks after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of our clients. You'll have the opportunity to create and maintain meaningful and professional relationships with our clients, their families, friends and other stakeholders.

As a valued member of our team, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to maintain their independence living in their own homes. Our services involve a programme of personal care, companionship, medication administration, meal preparation and household management.

We look for people who are genuinely interested in care and our Domiciliary Care Workers are passionate individuals with genuine empathy who enjoy making a difference to the lives of others, and in the community.

Some of our best Care Workers joined without having any previous care experience. You'll be fully supported each step of the way and will receive in-house fully funded training at our Academy to complete your care certificate.

You should also hold a full driving licence, have your own car and be available to work alternate weekends.
