Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 

   To provide day to day management of the reports

   To conduct compliance checks ensuring adherence to the quality system within QA/Production areas

    Completion of the compliance functional checks

   Management of customer rejections: trace, turnouts, etc.

   Management of re-inspections and amendment reports together with QA Team

   Daily reconciliation of quarantine stock

   KBS set up - Technical and Quality criteria

   To collect and organise of pesticide samples. 

   Leading the trace and mass balance

   Management of the glass and hard plastic report

   Management of TMS rosters and clocking's

    Supervising team performance and addressing issues arising

    To provide support, coaching and upskilling for the QA team

   To escalate quality and procedural issues to the appropriate QA/Technical Manager

   To communicate effectively with QA / Technical Manager.

   Managing the calibrations and maintenance of the equipment

   Complete projects

   Any other duties / tasks as outlined by your manager.


To actively promote and adhere to health and safety protocols and be responsible for your own safety and that of your colleagues. Contributing to a safe work environment to minimise hazards and incidents in the workplace.



  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 

      Customer rejections (QSL)

      Maintain a high standard of hygiene.

      Preparation of internal and external audits

      Completion of functional checks in timely manner and verification of all daily/weekly and month functionals.

      Completion on Trace and mass balance as per schedule.

      Completion of glass and hard plastic audit as per schedule.

      Reducing manual loads for quality/ technical KBS 2 aspects

      Administration tasks to support QA projects are completed on time.

      Support QC team.


Key Skills & Knowledge

 

Essential:

   I.T. skills and mathematic skills

   Literate and numerate

   The person must be flexible with working hours

   Must understand inspection methodology and test and inspection equipment

   Must have good attendance record/ Good punctuality record/ Good disciplinary record

   Attention to details

   Good spoken and written English



Desirable:

   Previous experience is a distinct advantage.

   Previous experience in a fresh product environment is a distinct advantage

   Multitasking

   Ability to work well as part of a team and to lead by example

Education & Qualifications:

Bachler degree is highly desirable but not essential

Minimum of 2 years experience in quality
