We are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our team in Rathkeale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some experience in Human Resources, but is looking to grow their knowledge and career. 

 

 

Job Description

To provide ongoing support to the HR manager and including holiday cover as required for both HR and payroll departments.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

        Holiday cover for both the HR manager and the payroll department.

  • General HR administration: creating contracts, letters for employees etc.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection of new employees and management of the on and off boarding process, collation of references, qualifications, and new hire forms for new starters.
  • Completing the HR induction programme for new starters.
  • Assisting new employees with various admin requests.
  • HR file management and maintenance.
  • Completing exit interviews for leavers.
  • Coordinating with the Health & Safety team in relation to new starters and leavers.
  • Working on HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Maintaining time and attendance records through the T & A System.
  • Weekly maintenance of employee annual leave records

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

        Experience using MS Office and comfortable using Excel.

        IPASS qualification desirable.

        Knowledge and understanding of Irish Statutory entitlements & regulations.

        Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and proactive approach.

        A continuous improvement mind-set.

        Ability to work well during time sensitive & high-volume deadlines.

        Attention to detail.

        Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

        Strong organisational skills & ability to multitask.

        A team player, who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

        Experience in prioritising tasks and dealing with various stakeholders.

        Being comfortable with our policies and procedures and employment regulations.
