Paul Byron have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our fantastic team in our busy Tullamore store.

We are looking for someone driven, organised and entrepreneurial to drive sales and provide excellence in customer service, while motivating and developing their sales team in this extremely busy store.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store manager with day to day operations of the store - ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
• Use your commercial acumen to drive and increase store sales, store productivity and control costs.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure that the stores KPI's are consistently delivered.
• Stock management - ensuring stock is called in where needed on best sellers while identifying any problems stock that requires further action.
• Intake planning - ensuring weekly deliveries are run smoothly to ensure stock flow.
• Champion superior customer service in-store; ensuring that their sales team deliver exceptional customers service.
• Foster an environment of success, teamwork and collaboration.
• Support the manager in planning the store rota for your team

Ideal Candidate

• A proven track record of managing, motivating and developing a sales team to above performance level.
• A passion for delivering a customer experience above and beyond customers' expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous footwear sales essential
