In line with our Omni-Channel Strategy our company expansion has led to the opening of 21 Trade Outlets throughout Ireland with further expansion planned over the next 3 years. Our E-Business continues to expand, incorporating vending technology, scanners, on-line sales and selling, coupled with social and video marketing.

 

Our strength is our Direct Sales Force of which we have the largest in Ireland with over 100 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics. We are now expanding our internal functions across several areas including in the area of Marketing. We are now looking to hire a Shop Marketing specialist to develop, plan and execute our marketing strategy for the Shop network as it continues to operate through a period of expansion.

 

Your Mission

Working in conjunction with product, marketing and our Shop team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a wide variety of campaigns, across multi-channel platforms in order to support the achievement of the shop objectives and goals.

 

The successful candidate will be proactive, able to generate ideas for new customer recruitment and existing customer retention campaigns along with promoting and encouraging our customers to utilise all contact points.

 

You will be expected to contribute effectively to the smooth operations of our Shop network and support our Head of Shops in the roll out of key projects and strategy initiatives at head office and across the Shop network.

 

 Duties and Responsibilities

      Create and implement shop campaigns and actions with the purpose of achieving the shop objectives and goals.

      Create and Organise marketing material and communication for new shop launch days.

      Create new ideas and organise specific shop open days, inviting customers to the event, organising product demos and promotional gifts.

      Oversee branding of the shops ensuring corporate compliance, but also in line with strategic direction, i.e. advertising other sales channels like App and website.

      Sales development analysis to review campaign results and evaluation of Sales KPI's

      Develop and implement customer engagement plans and initiatives that align with company goals.

      Utilise Regiograph software to analyse where our customers are located and where next potential shop locations could be.

      Write, edit and proof-read creative and engaging content for promotional materials within shop campaigns.

      Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.

 

Eligibility Criteria

      Bachelor's degree or study completed in the area of marketing, business or a related field a strong advantage.

      Experience developing and managing creative and engaging marketing campaigns.

      Exposure to managing the content, creation and implementation of key campaign activity is also an advantage.

      Familiarity with monitoring and reviewing campaign performance and suggesting improvements is desirable.

      Strong communications and inter-personal skills and good attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.

      Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

      Candidate must demonstrate creativity, confidence, and professionalism in a fast paced environment.

      Candidate must have full driving licence and a willingness to travel.
