The Role

As a Lead Generation Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our Sales Team. You will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and initiating contact with potential clients through various channels. Your goal will be to generate high quality leads and nurture then into qualified opportunities for the sales team to pursue.


Role Responsibilities:


Prospecting and Research:

       Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.

       Utilize various tools and resources to gather information on prospects, including company websites, social media platforms, industry database, etc.

       Segment leads based on criteria such as industry, company size, location etc.

 

Lead Generation:

       Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and raise awareness of Elis and its various areas of expertise.

       Utilise outbound techniques such as extensive cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, etc.

       Create compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to different target markets.


Qualification and Nurturing:

       Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.

       Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and buying process.

       Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication to move them through the sales funnel.


Data Management and Reporting:

       Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the system.

       Track key metrics related to lead generation activities, such as conversion rates, response rates, etc.

       Generate regular reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement.


Collaboration and Communication:

       Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.

       Provide feedback to marketing on the quality of leads generated and suggest adjustments to marketing campaigns and messaging.

       Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.


Qualifications:


       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

       Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development roles.

       Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

       Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.

       Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

       Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
