The Administrator/Receptionist will be a vital part of our support team, providing top-tier administrative expertise to the Company. This role is essential for the smooth running of the business. The successful candidate will offer a highly adaptable, responsive, and efficient service to all staff members, aiding in the Company's collective efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Welcoming, greeting and taking payments from clients of the VTN Test Centre.
  • Typing, formatting, and compiling reports and letters, including photocopying and binding
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Overseeing boardroom, conference calls, and diary management
  • Assisting with booking flights, accommodation, and car rentals
  • Assisting and Coordinating the use of fleet vehicles
  • Document control, including archiving emails and filing

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
  • High-energy individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
  • A full driving license
