Responsibilities:

• To maintain and replenish the laundry room ensuring that all items are stored in a neat and organised manner
• Check-in laundry deliveries and manage outgoing laundry
• To organise and collect laundry on the bedroom floors
• Clean and stock Accommodation Trolleys
• Ensure a high level of security at all times in regard to master keys and guest suites
• Stock Control: Manage stock levels of all laundry, equipment, cleaning materials and guest supplies. Prepare orders where required
• Providing excellent customer service to guests at all times

Day times hours- (including weekends)

This is a part-time role

Essential Requirements

• Must perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
• To have a hands-on approach as this is a very proactive role
