Are you working in the hospitality industry in Dublin, living in Kildare, Carlow, West Wicklow, or South Dublin? Sick of the N7 and M50. We are located just outside the village of Dunlavin about 10km from Jct 3 on the M9. So if you are tired of the long commute Rathsallagh is an ideal choice.


The business here is 90% event driven It's a 3 to 4-day week from February to May then 5 to 6 days from May to the end of September etc. Working days are predominantly Thursdays to Sundays inclusive. With the team here weekends off are easily arranged. Hours are typically 7 am / 9 am to 3 pm / 5 pm. The busiest days of the week are Thursday Friday and Saturday. We are closed for Christmas from 22nd to 27th December and mid-week in January.


This position would suit a candidate who wants to work in a stress-free environment, with regular hours and foreknowledge of catering requirements such that rosters can be planned months in advance.
