We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Service Installation Representative for our site in Glanmire, Cork.

Reporting to: Customer Service Manager/ General Manager

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week/ Flexible

Job Summary:

To ensure delivery, service and development of existing customers.

You will be responsible for the installation of new stock promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of new stock and ensuring that customer queries are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
• From time to time you may be required to deliver various services (Workwear, mats, CRT's, Washroom etc.) to the customer.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by anticipating possible problems and responding to customer requests.
• Cross selling of additional services to existing customers.
• Identify customer's needs in order to offer other Elis services.
• Minimizing cancellations.
• Responsible for the resolution of any problems or threats affecting the customer within the assigned area.
• Build the contractual service by delivering and maintaining the customer base.
• Working closely with the customer service team to ensure a smooth and efficient service is provided
• Help coordinate any future installs with the Customer Account Managers.   
• Support the Customer Account Manager in managing the debt with customers in their region i.e. Direct Debits etc.
• Keep up to date all administrative documents relating to the role.

Requirements:

• Full B License
• Face to face customer experience
