We are looking for a Hotel Porter to join the Concierge Team.

The hotel has been awarded Great Place to Work for the second year in a row, as well as achieving Gold Level for Failte Ireland's Outstanding Employer Certification for 2024 and is in the top five luxury hotels in Dublin according to Travel & Leisure Magazine (2023).

Main duties include:

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and to provide an outstanding guest experience
• Be the first and last point of contact for guests as they enter and leave the hotel
• Valet park guest cars
• Assist guests with luggage
• Deal with guest queries and requests
• Keep lobby area and hotel entrance clean and tidy at all times

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience in a similar role ideally
• Is passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Full clean driving licence
• Good knowledge of Dublin with regard to directions, tourist attractions, restaurant & bar recommendations
• Ability to work on own initiative but also with a team
