O'Brien's Wine is seeking a dedicated and efficient full time colleague to join our team at our team in Stillorgan Industrial Estate - getting all our web orders shipped to customers.

This full-time role is essential to our eCommerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, prepare, and package customer orders accurately (inserts, pick, pack, label, ship).
• Load and wrap orders onto pallets, following courier pick-up schedules.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading pallets.
• Receive, unload, and process stock, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
• Manage inventory and rotate stock as needed.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment, including electric pallet trucks and forklifts (training will be provided if required)
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment,
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager.
• Follow all safety and quality standards, complying with warehouse procedures.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of warehouse experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail in picking and packing orders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good communication and cooperation with colleagues and supervisors.
• Forklift experience (preferred but not essential).
