ABP in Bridge of Allan, Scotland, are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Butchers and Trimmers to come and join our team, so if you have you have what we are looking for please get in touch.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure that the product is boned and trimmed according to customers'/company specifications as directed by the Boning Hall supervisor
To ensure that you work to the best of your ability to meet production deadlines.
To ensure that the product is boned out to the customer/company standards with maximum yield and minimum waste
To work as part of a team and take responsibility for your work
To ensure that current Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements for personal protective equipment are met.
To carry out all procedures in a correct and safe manner as per training
To ensure the maintenance of good hygiene standards
To comply with company policy on all matters concerning health & safety
To comply with company policy on safe food handling and hygiene at all times.
To report to the Boning Hall supervisor any problems with equipment or machinery
Any other reasonable duties may be assigned as deemed necessary
