We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our growing team providing IT Services to the business. This role is best suited to a confident individual with drive to get things done. Reporting to the IT Systems Manager you will support our team ensuring all our user's technical needs are met.


Our offices are currently split across two locations, our home on the Fylde Coast and our expanding office in the centre of Manchester. The role is office based and you will operate out of our vibrant Manchester office in Ancoats, assisting in delivering a great user experience for our team, dealing with a wide variety of systems and user ability levels in a Windows environment is a key part of this role. The role is predominantly UK office hours however there may be a requirement to work US hours on occasion to support our (Manchester based) US sales team. There may be a requirement to travel to our Blackpool office, so a driving license is required.

What you'll do:


  • Providing IT and technical support for our user base across multiple sites
  • Setup of new devices for our growing teams
  • Supporting Office 365 applications and file storage systems such as SharePoint
  • Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory administration
  • Provide user support for our core business applications such as Salesforce and Sage
  • Support our Cloud based IP telephony platform


What we're looking for:


  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar IT support role
  • Support desk ticketing
  • Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
  • A passion for IT, technology and computing.
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and training new applications and systems
  • Microsoft/Office 365, Email, Networking Infrastructure
  • Windows and macOS desktop support
  • Exposure to IP Telephony
  • Previous work with digital signage systems would stand out (preferable not essential)
  • Any experience with Intune and MDM (preferable not essential)
  • SSO, Authenticator or other security tools (preferable not essential)
