The role of Support worker includes: 

- Supporting people to live as independently as possible in their own homes 

- Running errands if the client requires 

- Spending time with clients and build bonds with our long calls (starting at an hour) 

- Ensuring the house is safe and clean

- Treating people with the respect and dignity everyone deserves! Just how you would want your mum and dad treated

- Personal care if and when require
