We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and supporting our care team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who pays great attention to detail and is eager to learn about the care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing phone calls, emails, and client records.
  • Client and Caregiver Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments, ensuring optimal match between clients and Care Professionals. 
  • On Call Duties: Participate in the On Call rota after training, addressing urgent client and caregiver needs outside of office hours.
  • Care Duties: Occasionally take on care responsibilities to cover emergencies, holidays, or high-demand periods, ensuring continuous client care.
