This role is key in continuing to develop our business and increase the prominence of the Quality function within the organisation. 

Reporting to the Head of Quality, as part of a Group Quality  function in the role you will work collaboratively with Quality teams at factory level, providing support and training on the Rotork wide Quality management system. 

The main responsibilities of the role include managing and continuously improving the Global NCR Management System, the development and provide training as well as integrating the Quality System requirements in future business solutions. Support the development and deployment of group wide quality management KPI’s (customer, supplier DPPM's and Cost), develop the significant field failure process and facilitate the management of any events to mitigate the business risks. You will lead and support site audits to ensure the compliance to the QMS. 

This role would suit an individual who has strong planning, organisation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others. 

Experience Requirements:

• Have experience of managing a quality management system
• Have experience of leading and supporting site audits 
• Can demonstrate how the development of Quality KPI's can impact a company
• Must be fully conversant with the requirements of ISO9001 and ideally be a certified lead auditor
