Job Description

Prospect and Generate Leads:

  • Identify and research potential clients using various tools and resources.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Unique IQ’s products/services.
  • Qualify leads and determine their potential for conversion.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings with potential clients.

Sales Presentations and Pitches:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and interests of each potential client.
  • Address client questions and concerns effectively and provide relevant information.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Track sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.

Market Research and Feedback:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Report regularly on sales activities, outcomes, and market insights to the Sales Director
  • Attend exhibitions and trade shows as required to develop knowledge of the sector
