YOU WILL STAND OUT IF :
You are a naturally confident person who is able to approach people and initiate
conversation along with a strong knowledge of hotel operations.
Having previous managerial experience, you are highly organized and maintain the ability to
effectively manage the property as per the business demands.
We would love you to be pro active , curious, creative and have a great sense of humor .

WHAT YOU WILL DO :
You will have autonomy over the day to day operations of the hotel and together with the
Departmental Managers you will ensure the quality of service standards and guest
satisfaction.
You will also manage your departmental forecast, budget, staffing and costs like it is your
own hotel!
You will actively participate in the monthly reporting and yearly budgeting process
It goes without saying that health and safety should be at the top of your agenda
As a key member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate to management
meetings and will replace the General Manager in his absence.
