About this job

The Retail Platform Training Consultant will be part of the Product Education team in the customer success group and will develop training and education materials that are used by our customers and internal teams.

In this role, you will apply our products and services to valuable, easy-to-consume content for our customers’ empowerment and education. Additionally, you will integrate the content within Activate’s Education assets – Learning Management System, Customer Communication and Knowledge Centre directly impacting and elevating Activate’s customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write user guides, training materials, videos and e-learnings
  • Write user-friendly designed content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
  • Writing users release communication
  • Create and maintain Insight/reporting use cases, flows, and analytical ideas for different educational tools
  • Conduct instructor- led sessions for internal customer- facing teams (train the trainer)
  • Work closely with Customer Success and product teams

Requirements

  • Proficiency level in English is A MUST
  • 1-2 years’ industry experience as Customer Success / trainer/ business analyst in retail or FMCG sector
  • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
  • Experience with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success or Marketing, preferably in a SaaS and Retail Tech environment
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Good creative and design skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Proficiency with Storyline, Camtasia, PPT, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience working with learning platforms (LMS/LXP/KMS)
