Job Description

Working with both the Growth Sales Team and local Account Management Teams, the Growth Leader is responsible for growing the business, building a solid pipeline of new driveway opportunities and executing on a sales plan assigned within the UK and Ireland, defined geographical areas and/or industry vertical. The Growth Leader will sell the full portfolio of Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) products and services.

Essential Responsibilities
Commercial
● Meet or exceed key metrics for assigned targets and/or other project activities.
● Drive new sales activity across different Industry Groups to achieve sales and growth targets,
● Personally lead the prospecting and sales activities and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline primarily focused in the North of England, working with all the relevant support functions e.g. Technical Product Applications Support Team, Growth Leader, Commercial Operations Team, Technical Marketing & Area Sales teams.
● Develop strong professional relationships with internal and external key influencers.
● Encourage strong engagement with Sales Account Managers and assigned geographical Area Managers and industries.
● Develop and manage a pipeline of business opportunities for the assigned regional/sector to ensure new driveway bookings on a 3 year outlook as well as a clear strategy for achieving sustainable success on these projects.
● Achieving ongoing sales growth and profitability targets in the region selling the full portfolio of products and services in partnership with the Account Management Team.
● Providing a high-level of technical sales support to the Account Management team on a
specific series of Industrial applications.
● Accurately forecast to the Sales Growth Leader UK and Ireland.
EHS & Compliance
● Work in a safe manner at all times when delivering company objectives and comply with
internal, legislative and customer EHS requirements and policies.
● Act at all times in compliance with applicable policies when maintaining and developing
relationships with customers.
● Provide a valid driving licence or training certificate before using conditioned work tools or vehicles as well as inform employer in case of document expiry promptly.
● Responsible for the provided individual safety equipment, its proper safekeeping, use and daily maintenance.
● Responsible for keeping discipline, order and cleanliness in their workplace.
● Attend the required medical examination/check-up.

● Report any kind of injury, sickness, potential risk of disorder, breakdown to employer promptly and expected to cooperate in preventing hazardous situations threatening life, physical safety and environment.
● Understand how to handle work-related chemicals and hazardous materials (MSDS) and
apply safety rules accordingly.
● Observe all safety rules even under occasional/temporary assignments and stop operation in case of direct fire, accident or environmental risk as well as prevent unauthorised access to equipment.
● Voice concerns regarding the ability to meet customer expectations and comply with all parts of the Quality Management System.
● Enable to the business to achieve suitable product quality.
