Job Description
- Plan and coordinate crews to ensure works are carried out to standards in an efficient manner.
- Assist with any witness marks, marking out and pre-marking where required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding contract-related matters at night.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Ensure works are being delivered in a safe manner, carry out safety audits and ensure relevant training is provided.
- Carryout regular toolbox talks, give inductions and work briefs.
- Check and monitor works carried out meet or exceed WJ / client’s expectations
- Ensure eDRS are returned daily and have full and correct information
- Ensure reports are produced in a timely manner and sent to the relevant person
