This position is:

• Full time - 30 hours per week Minimum - Monday – Friday

At this friendly, forward thinking practice, we care for private patients. You’ll work alongside our expert in Dental Implants Dr Jonathan Pugh in our purpose-built implant practice.

Fantastic opportunity to join the amazing team at Parkdale Dental & Implant Clinic, we are looking for an outstanding Practice Manager/ TCO. We are a small team with a focus on Dental Implants and Periodontics. The ideal candidate will have experience in the dental sector, responsibilities will include supporting the practice vision, strategy, growth plans. Driving revenue and developing strong relationships with clinicians and team members. About you

We welcome your application if you have management or TCO experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

• Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
• Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
• GDC Registered
• Implant knowledge
