Job Description

As a Stock Control Team Leader, you lead day-to-day DC operation for a specific team, ensure service levels, compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and organize the Internal and Housekeeping department and monitor productivity​
  • Support DC operations in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency ​
  • Responsible for all departments to fulfill customer expectations​
  • Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient way
  • Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis​
  • Identify risks and issues in daily DC operations report to relevant manager
  • Set and secure plan for recruitment, succession and talent development for your team​
  • Responsible to conduct inventory counts – ensure internal department routines are followed according to company guidelines​
  • Lead the housekeeping team for optimized capacity​
  • Collaborate closely with DC Stock Controller and PSR to action stock movement and discrepancies​
  • Work with customer service and the press department to fulfil influencer requests
  • Responsible for conducting formal HR processes in line with company policy
