As a Senior Sous Chef, you will:
- Demonstrate exemplary culinary skills and oversee food preparation to ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and meet presentation guidelines.
- Delegate responsibilities, lead and motivate the culinary team to provide guidance fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Execute menu items with precision, maintaining strict quality control measures throughout the kitchen to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Show knowledge and implement control of controllable costs, suggesting innovative ideas to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising guests dining experiences.
