We are seeking highly motivated Structural Engineers and Graduate Structural Engineers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be involved in overseeing the entire project cycle from design to delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintaining high health and safety standards. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver efficient, innovative, and practical engineering solutions for a broad range of structural designs for telecom sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide structural assistance throughout project life cycle, from initial design to final delivery, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Support the Design & Delivery teams in delivering assignments efficiently, maximizing team productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop and deliver innovative structural engineering solutions, and effectively communicate results to project managers and designers.
• Perform structural design and analysis using Tekla and other advanced design software, covering a broad range of structures, and adhering to Eurocodes and other relevant standards.
• Assist external suppliers to ensure designs are aligned with project goals.
