Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager you will play a key role in our small team within a start-up environment. You’ll influence the direction of Mantis products, using your contacts with agency programmatic buyers and your experience selling to them. You will be responsible for a revenue number, selling contextual packages containing Reach inventory and other premium publisher inventory. Other responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for selling the Mantis Data product

  • Focussed on brand and agency relationships, negotiate and close deals focused on selling contextual packages containing Reach inventory as well as other premium publisher inventory.

  • Work with the sales director to define the growth strategy for your portfolio with clear guidance on key client and agency stakeholders, client/opportunity prioritisation

  • Achieve personal quarterly/annual revenue and new business targets, as agreed with the Sales Director

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting insight and weekly updates to the sales director
