As a Stock Control Team Leader, you lead day-to-day DC operation for a specific team, ensure service levels, compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and organize the Internal and Housekeeping department and monitor productivity
- Support DC operations in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency
- Responsible for all departments to fulfill customer expectations
- Secure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient way
- Understand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basis
- Identify risks and issues in daily DC operations report to relevant manager
- Set and secure plan for recruitment, succession and talent development for your team
- Responsible to conduct inventory counts – ensure internal department routines are followed according to company guidelines
- Lead the housekeeping team for optimized capacity
- Collaborate closely with DC Stock Controller and PSR to action stock movement and discrepancies
- Work with customer service and the press department to fulfil influencer requests
- Responsible for conducting formal HR processes in line with company policy
