As the US Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in the Entain Studios Operations team; spearheading the delivery of our In-House Studios’ games to our key US markets, helping to ensure we maintain a commercially focussed delivery process, and enhanced speed-to-market for our games.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, your key responsibilities will be to work alongside our In-House Studios, US teams, and the RNG Product team to ensure the games roadmap is progressed through US build, testing, submission, and approval processes in preparation for release. The role also includes responsibility in ensuring an audit trail is maintained by recording and documenting all progress updates, submissions, and approval cycles, along the way.

This role requires attention to detail, strong planning skills, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do

• Act as the point of contact for Entain Studios for all US game submissions, Regulator and BetMGM approvals for all In-House products
• Coordinate the required support documents, deployments and submissions to enable the delivery of In House products from game completion to release in US markets
• Work with Entain Studios, In-House Operations, Compliance, and RNG Product teams to deliver the US roadmap for Entain Studios
• Assist in the collation, preparation, and submission of records and requested items for all internal and external audits  
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity for delivery and regulatory approval tasks
• Provide support for Entain Studios’ US deliveries by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
• Assist in collecting, organising, and analysing data for testing, approval, and Regulator cycles to track KPIs, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement for Entain Studios
• Liaise with Studio stakeholders, US teams, and Certification Executives to facilitate communication, submissions, and to track deliverables ensuring adherence to commercial roadmaps
