Make your mark as a workshop technician at Gardline! 

We are looking for a Workshop Technician to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a mechanically minded person with hands on experience in a busy workshop environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Technical Teams with the maintenance and preparation of equipment
• Moving equipment to and from storage locations and workshops to assist workshop engineers
• Receipting of deliveries
• Inspecting, maintaining, and reporting on the stock of some consumable equipment
• Performing general yard duties
• Operating a forklift truck and organizing the warehouse and yard.
• Assistance across diverse tasks in different Bays or Areas as instructed.
• Ensuring all assigned areas, including tools, spare parts, and test equipment, are organized, clean, and clutter-free.

Your qualities

You can make your mark as a workshop technician if you have:

• Prior experience working in an Engineering / Warehouse environment
• Experienced in the use of Forklift trucks
• Proficiency in computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Suites; experience with purchasing systems and planned maintenance systems would be an added advantage
