What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our HR Technology team in London which is responsible for providing design and change governance, along with delivery of change across the HR technology landscape. Technologies include Netsuite, JDXpert, Juro, ServiceNow (HR implementation) amongst others.

Reporting to the Head of HR Technology and People Analytics, the HR Systems Specialist will manage the design and implementation activities for prioritised change activities. This may include participation in organisation wide initiatives involving HR technologies through to independent small changes. The HR Systems Specialist will also lead the HR Design and Change Prioritisation Forum where new requests are presented, reviewed and approved for implementation.     

As HR Systems Specialist, your responsibilities will include among others

  • Responsible for delivering well governed and controlled change to HR technologies through effective planning and execution management
  • Act as guardian of defined HR technologies (Netsuite, JDXpert, Juro, ServiceNow (HR implementation) and other as and when agreed). Guide development in alignment with HR vision and purpose for applications
  • Lead the HR Design and Change Prioritisation Forum, including preparation and leading meeting, manage presentation of new requests, maintain prioritisation list, communications of outcomes
  • Represent HR in technology-change projects led from outside HR. Advocate for HR interests, and bring HR items into HR BOW via the defined mechanism (e.g., through HRLT and/or HR Design and Change Prioritisation Forum)
  • Manage delivery of agreed change activities by and managing timelines, engaging relevant stakeholders, leading working groups, and executing required changes
  • Deliver business and technical support, including problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution for application-related issues
  • Participate in the annual pay review exercise supporting the Reward team and facilitating the appropriate provision/updating of Netsuite data, per timelines
  • Liaise and manage relationships with third-party IT vendors to deliver services, including CloudTamers HR, JDXpert, Juro
  • Accountable for security access administration
  • Proactively incorporate best practice into the HR Technology function’s processes and techniques
  • Partner with other HR Operations’ teams such as HR Services, ER, Global Mobility and Talent Acquisition, and other HR teams more broadly including L&D and Rewards
  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in DTS, Finance, and other non-HR teams
