- Install Windows image on new laptops
- Update hardware inventory systems
- Physical installation of computers, monitors and other IT systems at desk locations
- Must be confident communicating with staff at all levels, both written and verbal
- Assist with hardware disposal
- Must be able to manually lift up to 15kg when moving and repositioning computers and ancillary equipment
