Job Title: Dispatch Operations Manager
Location: Bristol Covering the South of the UK (South-West, London, Midlands)
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 DOE
Hours: Approximately 07:00 - 16:00 (must be flexible to meet business needs)

Job Description:
As the Dispatch Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's product schemes. You will be responsible for managing the entire dispatch process, from receiving orders from the sales team to coordinating the purchase, supply, and installation of products, and finally handing over to the maintenance team. Your primary focus will be on organisation, clear communication, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:
" Receive & process orders from the sales team.
" Purchase & procure the necessary products and materials.
" Arrange preparation for delivery tasks.
" Coordinate transport & installation of teams on site.
" Manage & lead a team of 4-5 individuals.
" Handle multiple tasks & pressures professionally.
" Ensure a smooth handover to the maintenance team.

Requirements:
" Must be able to drive.

" Experience in purchasing is beneficial.
