Key Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Executive will greet customers in the showroom, understand their vehicle needs, and guide them through the selection process.
  • The successful candidate will maintain an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle inventory, including the latest models, features, and benefits, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • The role involves organizing and accompanying customers on test drives, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • The Sales Executive will handle the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to the final sale, including financing options and trade-in evaluations.
  • The candidate will work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
  • The role includes following up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
  • The Sales Executive will ensure that all sales paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential, along with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Motivation: The ideal candidate is driven and self-motivated, eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
