We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Durham for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is full or part time with weekends on a rota. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.

• Team: 1 vet, 2 RVNs, 1 SVN and a supportive non-clinical team

The role

• You will be responsible for providing a high standard of veterinary care and customer service
• You will be responsible for ensuring there is excellent communication between yourself, the team and clients

• They have a varied caseload which allows the team to develop their clinical skills
• They have many services and facilities available to use, including dentistry, microchipping, neutering, ultrasound, x-rays, nurse clinics, vaccinations and anaesthesia

About you:

• The vet will have excellent communications skills and a compassionate attitude

Package

• Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 pro rata, commensurate to experience
