Role Overview:

The Compliance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all environmental hygiene cleaning contracts are completed to the highest standard, on time, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. Key tasks include:

• General ventilation cleaning
• Water tank cleaning, coating, and refurbishment
• Kitchen extract fire safety cleaning

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% attendance to all assigned jobs and complete them within the required timeframe.
• Follow strict health and safety guidelines, particularly regarding chemical storage and handling.
• Maintain and report on equipment, ensuring it is in serviceable condition.
• Represent the company professionally on-site, delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist in training new team members under the supervision of the Compliance Supervisor.
