We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead our Marketing function and develop a robust strategy in line with the company's overall goals for growth. You'll partner with the Leadership team to drive acquisition, retention and growth through various channels. You'll lead and manage the Marketing team as well as be a strong collaborator cross-functionally . You'll utilise your expertise and knowledge to bring forward innovative ideas and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Building and Leading a High Performing Marketing team: You'll lead and manage the team, setting clear goals and expectations. You'll create a positive, collaborative and driven culture within the function. You'll build on the existing structure to address skill gaps, as well as anticipate future growth plans. You'll partner with the CTO to ensure healthy team collaboration between Engineering and Marketing, as well as promote development opportunities for the team.

  • Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies – You’ll develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the IMD goals. You'll identify target audiences and develop plans that drive revenue growth and brand awareness to push the company forward across areas such as customer acquisition, retention and brand reputation.

  • Performance – You’ll showcase your knowledge of digital marketing and analytics to ensure the effective use of digital channels to drive growth. You'll leverage data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns to make informed decisions on future marketing activities. You'll determine short and long-term OKRs for the marketing department.

  • Driving Product Adoption – You’ll have a strong understanding of product marketing to ensure success of new products - from conceptualisation to launch. You'll create effective go-to-market strategies through various marketing channels.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing leader or similar role in an executive marketing leadership role in a startup or fast paced environment.
  • A proven track record of driving growth and increasing brand awareness.
  • A strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in Paid Ads
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in French - The core language of our business.

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience within the SaaS Industry.
  • Any experience in multiple markets (EMEA, US, APAC etc).
