About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to guide product pipelines, focusing on emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Product Specifications: Defining product technical specifications, establishing gold standards for quality and performance.
  • Ensure that the products are manufactured in accordance with designed specifications, maintaining high quality standards throughout.
  • Testing Management: Oversee user testing and coordinate independent lab testing to validate product performance and efficacy.
  • Product Training & Knowledge: Working closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive product knowledge is transferred across the business.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.
  • A keen interest in emerging developments within beauty technology, along with a thorough grasp of the technical nuances and scientific evidence that underlie the product development process.
  • Strong communication abilities, with the confidence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
