As a Client Account Executive at Assembly, you will play a vital role in supporting our client accounts and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns across various channels. Your focus will be on consolidating reports, managing financial queries, and overseeing the campaign implementation process. You will support planning research and insights, manage internal statuses, and facilitate team management. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders and media partners to foster collaboration and learning within the team.

Core Responsibilities
  • Reconciliation & Financial Queries: Provide support on reconciliation and financial queries, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Report Consolidation & Template Creation: Consolidate reports from various teams and create standardised templates for efficient reporting.
  • Campaign Implementation Oversight: Understand and oversee the campaign implementation process across a range of channels, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Planning Support: Support the planning process by conducting research and insights, competitor reviews, and internal briefings.
  • Internal Management: Assist in managing internal status updates and team coordination to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stakeholder & Media Partner Engagement: Increase awareness of stakeholders and media partners by organising breakfast meetings and learning sessions for the team.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with the wider planning and channel teams to enhance collaboration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Grow your understanding of the media industry through internal and external training opportunities.
  • Weekly Reporting & Insights: Collate weekly reports from specialist teams and provide overview insights, with support from Account Managers (AM) and Account Directors (AD).
  • Brief Response Support: Assist in responding to briefs by pulling insights from sources such as GWI, Pubmatic, and WARC.
  • Deliverables Support: Support the team by pulling reports from the STAGE dashboard and delivering them as required.
  • Finance Processes: Assist with finance processes, including chasing purchase orders (POs) and briefing teams on monthly reconciliations.
  • Collaboration with Specialist Teams: Work closely with specialist teams to brief and collaborate on multiple deliverables, including campaign briefs, weekly reporting, and post-campaign analyses.
  • Strategic Insights & Social Listening: Pull strategic insights and conduct social listening analyses to inform responses to briefs and measure success in post-campaign analyses.
  • Account Governance & Admin: Support account governance and administrative tasks, ensuring tools like (url removed) are kept tidy and updated.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Industry Knowledge: A growing understanding of the media industry and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint etc.
