As our Social Media Advocacy Manager in Social, you will help us develop and implement end-to-end employee advocacy program strategies to enable our clients to stand out from the crowd. Working in a dynamic agency environment, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things employee advocacy as you deliver bespoke social solutions and provide support for the wider social team.

We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of working on compelling, multi-channel campaigns, both big and small. If you’re a proactive, driven and collaborative person who wants to help us take our social offering to the next level, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • Previous content creation, employee advocacy and social media experience, preferably within an agency setting
  • Experience working with a wide range of budgets and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Presentation creation skills (Keynote, PPT) and the confidence to present to key stakeholders who will have a range of experience/understanding of social media
  • Genuine passion for growth and all things employee advocacy and social by hunting out new and innovative solutions for clients, identifying social media trends, features, functionality and their practical application
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent copywriting skills and strong proofing abilities - our clients expect the quality of work to protect their reputation
  • A firm grasp of formulas, conditional formatting, and charts to analyse performance data (Numbers, Excel)
