We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor with a passion for delivering customer excellence through social media channels to join our team at our new purpose-built offices in Levenshulme, Manchester.
As the foremost provider of beauty devices, we handle a wide range of products and have suppliers and customers across the world. This role will focus on managing customer queries and interactions through social media platforms and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer queries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, promoting the company's products and services
- Engage with customers to build rapport, address concerns, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other customer service team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain customer records and document interactions for future reference
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or online support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their use in customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using social media management tools and customer service software
Hours:
3 Shift patterns which rotate - 1 in 3 weekends required.
7:00am - 3:30pm Office based
8:00am - 4:30pm Office based
11:30pm - 8:00pm Work from Home
When working weekends it is both Saturday and Sunday Working from home 9-5.30pm with days off in lieu during the week.
