Head of Passive Fire - Risley, Derbyshire

Marlowe Fire & Security, a leading provider of fire and security services in the UK, is seeking a Head of Passive Fire to join our team. As the Head of Passive Fire, you will be responsible for leading and developing our passive fire division, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Basic Salary – £55-70,000 Subject to experience

Marlowe Fire & Security’s Head of Passive Fire

  • Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the passive fire division
  • Manage a P&L of circa £3m
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage and mentor a team of passive fire engineers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and efficiency
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

  • Proven experience in a senior role within the passive fire industry
  • Extensive knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to drive business growth and achieve targets
  • Experience in project management and delivery
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in fire safety, engineering, or a related field
  • Certifications in passive fire protection would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Full UK driving license
