We are hiring a Service Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential support to our service technicians and customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely resolutions to customer issues. You will work closely with our Area Service Leaders and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

What does the day to day look like for a Service Support Specialist?

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Coordinating service requests and dispatching technicians to customer locations.
  • Tracking and documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
  • Providing administrative support to the technical team, including inventory management and scheduling.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
  • Running of warehouse, maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and stock accuracy.
  • Unloading and loading of vehicles using Forklift Truck.
  • Maintaining and recording of vehicle weight to ensure we are legally compliant
  • Work closely with the field team and relevant department to deliver exceptional service.
  • Support the ASL’s communication of departmental or company information to the team, management, and other departments

What are we looking for in a Service Support Specialist?

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
