Pitchero is a digital sports platform used by millions of sports participants worldwide. We help players and parents manage their sporting lives with innovative, time-saving features. We are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join the team on a temporary basis, to help our customer service team deliver exceptional service to the thousands of sports clubs that use Pitchero all over the world.

We're a small but ambitious group of passionate creatives, engineers and technologists. Now is a great time to join this company, with lots of exciting projects on the horizon! You will work closely with an experienced Customer Support Manager (who will provide training and support) and other employees to ensure you gain experience across a number of important areas of the business.

This is a temporary role that will last for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. If you are a well-organised student or recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in an award-winning sports technology company, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the sourcing of fixtures for a number of key sporting competitions in football, rugby, hockey and more
• Provide fast and accurate support to customers via email and live chat
• Accurate data entry
• Write clearly and accurately
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Organised
• Confident
• Good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Knowledge of UK amateur sports is a big plus
