AutogenAI is looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join the team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming new customers to our platform and ensuring they have a smooth implementation. In doing so, you will manage user engagement, monitor and drive adoption, train users, ensure timely completion of key onboarding milestones, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure we’re demonstrating value to the customer at every stage. Delighting our customers is core to our mission and this begins with a smooth onboarding process. 

 

 

Responsibilities  

    • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and expectations. 
    • Develop and execute project plans for each customer, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. 
    • Configure the AutogenAI platform to meet the specific requirements of each customer. 
    • Deliver onboarding training, ensuring customers complete both Foundations and Advanced training. 
    • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the implementation process. 
    • Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions for new customers as required during the onboarding process. 
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from onboarding to customer success 
    • Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on new platform releases and address any concerns or issues. 

Requirements

      • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company. 
      • Proven track record of delighting customers with the best onboarding experience possible. 
      • Proven track record of handling multiple customers and work streams simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.  
      • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
      • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment (previous startup or consulting experience preferred) 
      • Customer obsession to ensure you deliver the best-in-class experience to every customer 

Desirable: 

  • Experience leading in a fast-paced start up environment.  
  • Experience with AI software.  
  • Familiarity with the bid-writing space.
