Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

As a result of business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Administrator to join our expanding, positive, caring, and ambitious Account Management Department based from our Harwell Head Office, located in the Harwell Science Park, just off A34 Chilton Interchange,

Our role plays a key and active part within our Account Management department and will provide assistance with client request/requirements, projects and administrative duties. Primarily partnering with our experienced Senior Account Manager; you will also work with the wider account management team to ensure success on all service points and absolute customer satisfaction.

Your exciting new role will deliver:

  • Contract, project, and administrative support to Account Manager(s)
  • Generate accurate quotes and correspondence for company contracts
  • Accurately generate data requests and tasks from client requirements
  • Create Excel, data, and numeric reports, as well as uploading data to client portals
  • Job/Asset/Task Management and processing for invoicing
  • Build key relations with purchasing team, ordering parts and equipment for contract requirements
  • Input and maintain accurate data information within internal database, Opuz
  • Provide articulate and informative customer service, with support of Account Manager
  • Source, obtain quotes, process, and manage Subcontractor relationships
  • Conduct client contract reviews, renewals, reports, and communications with Account Managers
  • Attend virtual and in person client meetings; taking meeting minutes, creating reports and documentation
  • Administrative support to Account Management team using MS Office and Databases
  • KPI reports for clients and any ad hoc duties that may be required

Requirements

Your career experience:

Our Account Management team are at the forefront of excelled customer service to our clients, and your role will play an integral part in the smooth delivery of high-quality SMS services to our clients. You will be a customer focused individual, used to delivering high quality administration and data to precise customer needs, within a fast-paced environment.

Essential:

  • Previous administration, contract co-ordination or financial administration experience
  • Evidence of processing administrative documents and reporting to high standards
  • Career history of attention to detail and working with financial quotations
  • Prior experience using MS Office (Word, Excel) and / or Google Applications
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English, able to articulate complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • Ability to work to deadlines and curiosity to keep learning and ask questions
  • Disclosure and Barring Service clearance (ability to pass a DBS check)

Desirable:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience within a customer facing role, managing client expectations
  • Prior career history in water hygiene, legionella, or water treatment industries
