Requirements

What will you be doing?

As our Reports Admin you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our asbestos management processes. You'll be responsible for:

Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to uphold regulatory compliance and industry standards

 Documentation Management: Overseeing the organisation, maintenance, and accuracy of all asbestos-related documentation, including surveys, reports, and records

Collaboration: Working closely with our asbestos surveyors, analysts, and consultants to streamline processes, address any issues, and drive continuous improvement

 

What do you need?

Asbestos Expertise: A background in asbestos management would be beneficial , including knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices but not essential as full training will be provided

Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines

Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and clients

Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
