Tersus Consultancy are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of our Rainham operation.

As a leading consultancy firm in risk and compliance, Tersus Consultancy are dedicated to delivering outstanding services to our clients while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Paying up to £45,000 for the role with a company car or allowance working 40 hours per week, on site in Rainham, Essex.

Requirements

• Manage and optimise the overall commercial operations
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
• Lead and oversee sales, marketing, and business development
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between different departments
• Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify business opportunities
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services firm
• Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
