Employee Experience Exec  :  Job Description
Who we are

We are NewGen, a social-first creative and creator agency, with over 100 digital and social natives, across offices across London, Manchester and New York.

Through our roots in gaming, we have built a deep understanding of Culture, Communities and Creators, and leverage it daily to help our clients tap into audiences in ways that actually connect and cut through.

We think the advertising industry has been slow to adapt to the significant shifts in consumer behaviour, not really understanding the way audiences navigate the fragmented digital world. Many agencies cling to outdated methodologies that no longer deliver the desired impact. We're driven by the conviction that there's a better way – a way that aligns with how people actually interact, share, and make decisions in the digital age. Our mission is to revolutionise these connections, making advertising more relevant, more engaging, more fun, and more effective.

Our approach combines cutting-edge analytics, trend insights, cultural understanding and creativity to foster genuine collaborations between brands and influential creators, unlocking engagement and value creation.

Our clients include Samsung, PepsiCo, Cetaphil, Epic Games, Hasbro and Sony, who trust us to deliver best-in-class, full-service work. Data and Insights, Strategy, Creative, Production, Creator/Influencer, Talent Management, Media Management and more.

NewGen EMEA operates a hybrid culture in our London and Manchester offices, as we understand the value of both home and in-office working. We expect office attendance at least 2 days per week, but encourage 3, as we believe it strikes the right balance between quiet focused work, and teamwork, collaboration and a healthy company culture.

Join us to be part of a forward-thinking, ambitious team shaping the future of social creativity.
