Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Reporting into: Head of Finance
Location: Manchester
Package: up to£25,000 DOE

As part of the Finance team, we are seeking a detail-orientated, analytical and organised Accounts Assistant who will support the Finance team on day-to-day operations. We are seeking someone who will take responsibility for Grayce’s timesheet management, processing invoices and resolving queries, alongside providing administrative support to the Finance team.
This role requires a minimum of 2 days office attendance per week in Manchester.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring timesheets are submitted on time and accurately
- Responding to ad hoc timesheet queries
- Issuing client invoices and statements
- Posting invoices to client portals and completion of respective reconciliations
- Managing client queries and allocating actions within team
- Managing purchase orders
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Microsoft Suite and Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, with intermediate Excel skills is essential.
- Sage Intacct: Experience of working with Sage Intacct desirable, although not essential
- Relationship Building: You excel at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships, both within the company and with external partners.
- Task Prioritisation: You have a knack for prioritising tasks effectively, even when faced with tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Organisational Proficiency: Your organisational skills are top-notch. You maintain order and structure whilst streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Communication skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are able to think on feet to solve problems.
- Attention to detail: You spot errors with ease and use this skill to produce accurate outputs.
